Our

Mission & Values

The coastal area of Georgia is a national treasure. Coastal GreenSpace Guardians will protect and enhance its ecological systems, cultural resources, forest health and wildlife habitats through public education, historic awareness, land management, public advocacy, and land acquisition.

Green spaces are increasingly valuable, cost-effective public health resources that can drive mental, physical, and environmental outcomes for communities.

Coastal GreenSpace Guardians will promote the establishment and improvement of city and county parks as a means to promote health, establish habits for wildlife, protect valuable wetlands, and protect residents from the growing threat of climate impacts.
